I applied online. I interviewed at Cooperative Agricultural Support Services (Fresno, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted within a week to schedule an interview. The interview was typical, asking about my experience, how have you dealt with challenges with coworkers in the past, etc. There was nothing surprising and no trick questions. It was very easy. Based on the people I ended up working with I don't believe the bar is set very high to get the job.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cooperative Agricultural Support Services (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Very basic. It was as if they were not prepared to actually interview a real software engineer. They did not even ask basic algorithmic questions as neither of them knew the answers.
