I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Copa Airlines (Panamá) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a nice talk with the lady, never felt pressed or bulled -jajaja- They really make you feel in confidence and show attention to your personality. Being yourself is the best way to make the interview flows as a friend's chat, with a formal sense, but relax. Always put over the desk you are noticed about the importance of the job in particular.
