Great communication, friendly interviewers and comprehensive feedback after I did not make it to next round. Two interview rounds: 1. Standard introduction of the company and the team, personal introduction, why I applied to the company and my view on some job/ industry related topics 2. I had to prepare a presentation about a topic I'm passionate about and do two work related case studies including some pen and paper calculations - They did not care as much about the correct result, but they wanted to see how you structure a problem and identify the proper issues and come up with a strategy
