I found the manager I spoke with (after wasting a lot of my time) to be extremely unprofessional. He did not show up to two scheduled zoom meetings, and forgot I was coming in for my in person interview. There was no consideration for my time at any point in the process, and I left feeling insulted as they flew me to the location to give me a low-effort 20 minute tour and asked me maybe one or two questions while I was there.
