I applied online. I interviewed at Copper River Native Association (Glennallen, AK)
Interview
At first the process was straightforward- screening, followed by a panel interview of leaders followed by several days of in person interviews. However, it quickly became scattered and chaotic afterward.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
HR specifically kept asking me if I was married and what I would do without a partner.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Copper River Native Association (Tazlina, AK) in June 2016
Interview
CRNA offered a thorough interview experience. I spent several days meeting with the leadership and staff., as well as participating in a formal interview. Having the opportunity to learn about the entire organization and what role I would play in regard to the whole was beneficial.
