They were very informative, asked questions as to my experience, and wanted to know if I had questions about the company. We were able to establish guidelines of the job, and because I had already submitted my resume, they knew quite a bit about my skill level. It didn't take long to determine if I was qualified because I had found the job through a staffing agency.
