Quick online interview for a part-time position. The interview was with the regional partner and the recruiter. I was only asked a few questions about my experience/background, and how I would approach specific situations.

Received an email for a phone interview a couple days after I applied. Phone interview went well and was scheduled for a video interview the following week. Didn't go to well but received an email the next day to invite me in the office for a meet and greet. And after that they totally GHOSTED ME!! Never returned my email or phone call to schedule. Process took over 4 weeks.
