I applied through a Staffing Agency . The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed online for
Round1: CordenPharma (Boulder, CO ) in Oct 6th 2020 - 30 min
Round 2: CordenPharma (Boulder, CO ) in Oct 21st 2020 - 3 hours

Took lot of effort to get the outcome from Agency. As the outcome was delayed from Corden Pharma. Final out come was delivered on December 1st Week. Outcome of the interview was not selected (No reason mentioned)

Incredibly thorough process and very professional.
Had an intro call with HR and they explained company history, culture, and benefits. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which progressed to an in person interview.
Questions were very straightforward for the role I was interviewing for. Everyone was friendly, respectful and professional.
It was a very good interview experience!

Interview
First contacted for a recruiter phone screening then a Hiring manager phone interview. Next I was scheduled for a full afternoon interviewing with the department leadership (met with 4 individually).
Once the interviews are complete they gather as a hiring team and compare/discuss the candidates.
