Interview
Core12 invited me via email following a career fair. They were very clear and communicated rapidly about instructions and what to expect. The first round was largely a get-to-know-you phase, asking about points on my resume, then some character-oriented and thinking questions. As an example, The second round was a quick technical stage, focusing on basic troubleshooting skills.

Interview
Initial call with a recruiter to discuss the role. Separate call with the President of Sobo IT a few days later. The job description was put in as 100% remote but was told on the phone call with the President that the first few months would be in person. It was also framed that this position is in place to help automate processes that would normally be a Level 1/Helpdesk role.
