I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coreview (New York) (Long Island City, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
After I applied for a marketing position at CoreView, I later got a call from a very friendly woman to ask me about my interest in the company. She asked me a few further questions about my experience and to set me up to come in for a face-to-face interview.
I was very impressed with the fun and energetic office environment. I have never been in an office quite like it. It felt like a perfect professional environment for a young professional in my field. The employees that I met in the hallway were super friendly and keen to shake my hand and introduce themselves. It defiantly made me a lot more comfortable to go through my first interview.
During this initial interview, the hiring manager was super enthusiastic. He asked me some in depth questions about my experience, and my leadership skills. I enjoyed how he told me three reasons why he enjoyed working for CoreView. It made me excited for having the potential opportunity to work with this fresh, young firm.
The second interview was about an hour long. We sat down again and talked more about what CoreView does. The meeting was very interactive and hands on. Finally, during the last interview that asked me if I had any further questions and offered me the job!
I recommend applying to CoreView if you are interested in Sales and Marketing. The interview process was very easy and stress-free.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a past experience where you had to use your leadership skills?
Why do you want to go into sales and marketing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Coreview (New York) (Hempstead, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
There were three round interviews. First I sat down with a manager who explained the role or position that I was applying for in a nutshell which was pretty clear. Second, I had a fuller and more explicit interview with an account manager about what the day to day process and structure was. This was the main interview. Finally, there was a third round interview to sum everything up and see what was in my mind.
