I applied online. I interviewed at CornerStone Management Concepts (Fairfield, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
The 1st interview was very short, approximately 10 minutes, if that much where they basically ask you to tell them a little about yourself and they then tell you about the company. It was pretty much to put a face to the name on the resume. If they liked what they saw they would call you back for a second interview.
The 2nd interview was more in depth where they discussed training and salary (commission-based) and the days' schedule

Interview
It was short and confusing, at first I thought it was gonna be something I would have to work for but I read other reviews and some were negative which got my mind working a bit, and after entering the room with the interviewer, he told me I would be doing door to door sales. I didn’t apply for such a position and it felt like everyone was doing door to door sales except the receptionist. Anyone who is trying to apply for this, be aware, you only get commission, and the hours are extremely long, you won’t have time for yourself or your family. I don’t have nothing special about me for the company to even want me, my resume was pathetic and the were only looking to build a bigger team. They put you through a 2 step interview process and then on the second interview they’ll hire you regardless of what your resume says.

Interview
You're typical scheme. There is nothing wrong with sales or door to door sales. But their ambiguous ads and false promises are not only insulting but deceitful. I recieved 3 voicemails and 8 calls within two days after applying. Here is a lesson folks and fellow recent college grads, a real job you fight for not the other way around. This sounds like a churn n' burn job where they promise desperate kids the world, in a few months they realize the lies and leave. If you want to get into sales do anything else. Insurance, cars or just something. Run away. The name of the company and role is all lies.
