The interview process was very well structured. After speaking with a recruiter, I met with a panel of mangers on the hiring committee. We discussed my education briefly and began to talk a little bit of technical skills. After the meeting, I was given a technical interview assessment to complete and return. Following completion of the assessment, I had another follow up interview with a group of 4-5 IT people discussing day-to-day operations.
