Average phone screening interview, pleasant and conversational and laid back. This was about 20 minutes long. Second interview/role play was equally pleasant. This was on zoom and took about 25 minutes. No feedback on why I was not selected to continue, just a canned response that I was not the right fit. I emailed back but did not receive a response.
