Several rounds of interviews. I interviewed at Corporate Brokers before, perhaps their process has since changed. Many interviews from their standpoint to really find the right fit, I respect that. However, I believe as a staffing company such competencies can easily be defined early on. If your a fit for this industry, its great. I did not get an offer, and at the end of the day it would not have been the culture for me. Again, I appreciated the feedback regarding their reasons- you don't get that often. At the same time, said reasons should be identified off the jump, from a staffing company....for an HR role...
