The start of the interview was basic questions involving scenarios, and I was asked how to react in each scenario. The second half of the interview was a series of personality-based questions to gauge how I'd mesh with the team. Fairly easy overall, and very low pressure. Overall it was a good experience.

~30 min phone interview with hiring manager after application submission, asked both behavioral questions and questions about experience. Examples of questions include "have you ever worked with this specific program?" and "what is the most challenging task you have accomplished?"

Sent my application via an agency. Was contacted a month later for an interview the week after. Same day of the interview I was confirmed for the job.
A panel of three women interviewed me. All asked me questions regarding my agriculture experience and what I knew about the company, not too specific just general knowledge.
