Interview
Met with a panel and they rotated questions that looked for the STAR model of answers, Situation/Task, Action taken, Result. The interview lasted just over an hour which allowed time for me to ask questions of them.

Describe a situation where you had to find common ground with multiple stakeholders and how did you manage the varying opinions to reach your desired outcome?
