Cortland interview questions

Submitting resume, then a phone screening, and then a 2 hour technical interview. Typically that 2 hour one is slightly less time and less technical. As they like to hold a typical final round superday in office. Skipped it for this hiring instance due to company time constraints.

Very thoughtful and interesting. They offer flex time which I'm not too sure about. Stated that the company is going and family-oriented. They believe in the growth of individuals and promotions.
