Check in/out customer, we have to deal with different types of question
The most important thing is to remain calm and always smile with customer what's ever the situation is.
Sometimes they are complains that u have to deal with
Colloquial and friendly interview style, the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional, I felt at ease and not just a number. I felt straightaway it would be a good work environment.
