I applied online. I interviewed at Corvus Robotics (Mountain View, CA) in June 2025
Interview
All expenses were covered for my travel to Mountain View for the technical round. However, the interview process was deeply concerning. The most alarming red flag was the aggressive pressure to sign the offer letter the moment I arrived, leaving no room for thoughtful consideration or questions. The insistence on an immediate commitment felt manipulative and unprofessional. Additionally, they made a series of blatantly unrealistic promises about job security, which further undermined my trust in the company and the integrity of their hiring process.

I interviewed at Corvus Robotics (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Awkward interview with very informal offer letter. Start up vibes are real. CEO does not have the experience needed to perform interviews and make candidates feel welcome. CEO does not give the feeling of confidence in the company. Called me on a weekend to ask more questions. When you decline initially, you may get a panic call offering you a higher salary, or a different pay structure. Health insurance offer is very strange and a lot of clarification was needed regarding all benefits. I was told when I "should" use my PTO instead of told how the PTO system works. Overall a very pushy process that ultimately did not give me confidence in working at this company.
