Thorough but they seemed confused about what they wanted for the position. Multiple department heads interviewing and conflicting each other with job expectations and outcomes. CEO was vague and seemed threatened by someone with a high skill level.

The interview process was easy and great! Every person I interviewed with were friendly and gave a great description of what the position entailed. I had 3 rounds of interviews including one with the hiring manager.
