Cosmo Creative Agency interview questions

For my first interview, despite being in a pandemic, they insisted on having in person interviews. When I showed up for the first interview it lasted less than 5 minutes. I then received a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview took place from 12-8:30pm. Prior to the interview, I was told that I would see what a life at Cosmo was like. I showed up in business professional attire only to end up in downtown Brooklyn where I was observing door to door sales for 8 hours in the middle of a pandemic. The employee I was observing was completely unprofessional: cursing, entering people’s homes despite the rules, and on top of it all when he would break the rules or tell a customer not to purchase Verizon he would look back at me and say “we’re friends right.” I was told I would receive a phone call regardless of being offered the position and I never heard back.
