I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cosmo Street (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
First round interview. Quick and causal and in-person - lasted only about 10 minutes. At the end, the interviewer mentioned there would be a follow up soon with their supervisor. Didn't hear back so I emailed them two weeks later with a quick simple follow up just to request an update and no response. I understand if I wasn't the right fit no problem, but it takes 20 seconds to respond to someone who took over an hour out of their day to drive in person for an interview. If they can't be bothered to even do that then to me they've demonstrated that they as a company lack basic human decency and class. They are only going for what's immediately good for them and devalue you as a potential employee/employee,
Quick discussions, pretty informal, two rounds. They share about their time at Cosmo and really seem close. It was the standard rundown of questions when entering an editing house but nothing to stress about
