Interview
I had 2 initial phone screenings by the staffing company who were really helpful. Things got terrible one the process was handed over to the Cosmos. Had 3 video interviews with the CEO's which were fairly easy. But 5 rounds of interview and the pay the company offered an extremely low salary (15k/annually) lesser than the standard pay rate. Also, the expenses for first two weeks of training (travelling to Seatle, stay) was supposed to be done by us. And then the flights to the destination of work was on us. If the company is exploiting to such an extent even before we start working, I am sure no one will survive this job for long. Full of dissapointment.

They basically want people to stay with them in spite of extremely low salary and they make sure about it by having 5/6 rounds of interviews.
