I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale
Interview
One interview. Process from interview to hire generally takes one week. A manager sat me down at a table and asked me a few basic personality questions. I went in during a hiring fair so they did the interview right on the spot. I'm not sure this is typical but the process is the same. Apply interview hire or not.

I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Brampton, ON) in Apr 2023
Interview
They ask you a handful of questions about yourself, your prior experience and about certain situational scenarios and how you'd react. It's around a 10 to 15 minute interview, and sometimes there will be a second interview with another manager asking specifics. Overall not too bad.

Interview
It was relatively easy, I had two interviews - one with a regular manager then the next with the GM. They asked thought provoking questions to figure out how I would do in the Costco environment.
