Easy. Laid back. They were welcoming and professional. You could tell they've done a number of interviews already but they did their best to be as attentive as they could. When I went there were a bunch of people ready to go out and market the new Costco location, they all seemed like a family. A great environment to work in.

Interview
I applied online and received an email requesting a phone interview one week later. Interview over the phone was to see why I was interested in the job and my qualifications. I am awaiting a callback for interview #2.

Laid back, with thought provoking questions, designed to understand how you would handle specific situations. Included a brief overview of the position and then asked if you had questions about said position.

Name a difficult customer situation and how you handled it.
Multiple interviews. The first two happened on the same day. The final interview was meeting with a staff level manager and they offered me the position. Afterward they had me do a mouth swab drug test. I was hired as a seasonal but kept on permanently after the holidays ended.
