The interview process wasn't that long - the third party recruiters did most of the work as there wasn't a HR department yet due to the store being very new.

Easy, basic interview questions. Taken to the HR office, and interviewed for 10-15 minutes. Was asked generic interview questions like availability and such. Was told I’d receive an email with an offer if accepted.

Interview
The interview process is good. Costco is a good place to work, and the interview process was very straightforward. I have no complaints. They communicated with me during the process.
Two interviews. One was with two managers where they essentially asked you basic interview questions. Then another with the store manager and they will ask you more in-depth questions before being hired.
