Interview
1st interview with 2 people, then if passed, meet with store manager. Then if hired. Take oral drug screening, and background check. Questions asked during initial interview were easy, but I had to think how to make it more geared to retail. Was easier then expected. All questions geared towards their business model.
Basic interview process with drug test and one in person interview. They have you come in the office and you talk to the general manager. They ask you to bring your resume and they got back to me the very next day with feedback.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Southfield, MI) in Jan 2026
Interview
Was not too hard of an interview. Asked a lot of scenario questions that will help the hiring team understand who you are, so be prepared to give real life examples. I used the STAR method to answer all the questions and I was hired on.
