There was 2 interviews and also a drugs and alcohol test. Did not get the job as they hired a few people before my second interview which personally I think they should have called me and told me about

Where have you previously worked and what skills did you get from there?
3 different interviews. Each time one person asked the questions the other wrote down my answers. I had to go back for 3 different interviews all on separate occasions. The third one was with the general manager. After which I had to take a drug test and a back ground assessment.

2 interviews, drug test and crb check fairly straight forward but quite a big gap between both interviews, asked how to remain calm in stressful situation and experience, previous experience, job gaps etc

You sit down and nterview with 2 different managers. Of they like you they talk to the warehouse manager. If he agrees then you get an interview with him. If you pass all that you take a drug test and get a background check.
