Two interviews, basic questions, "can you do heavy lifting?" Or, "can you multi task?" Count on most-likely have both interviews back-to-back with the hiring manager, department manager, and followed by the store manager at the end.

They were late for the interview (had to wait 2 hours), but everything went smoothly after. Basic questions about Costco and how would you react to certain situations. The interview was held in a computer room.
