I had two interviews for the hiring process. The first interview just involved the manager from the bakery departments. They asked some basic questions of your background, future goals, and what were some problems you faced but were able to resolve. The second interview was a little more tense (but not too much). Two managers were involved and asked several questions. Mainly with commitment questions, schedule, and how can you contribute with the company.
