2 interview total, manager said it's usually 3, but I had 2 interviewer in the first one, so it counts as 2 interview, and I got my 3rd (final) one after it. Be prepare for for it, learn the company value and all the things you can find on the company website, you're going to need it during interview. Get ready to answer the question with STAR method, dive deep into your past work experiences about how to handle harsh customers, how to work with unproductive coworkers, the time you made a mistake ...etc. and remember to be yourself! You got this!

I showed up early to the set time of the interview but that time wasn't really an accurate time as I had to wait and additional 30 minutes to an hour as I'm guessing it was a time frame for all the candidates to be interviewed. They asked about experience, suitability for the role and asked a series of questions with scenarios to test what you'd do.

Super easy, just be prepared.
And expect to be interviewed on the benches outside of the Food Court. Was a bit distracting which I didnt like.
I watched a few videos a couple days before the interview. Interview lasted for 20-30 min and I was hired on the spot. Be prepared to meet like 5 managers at once.
