I applied the job online. First I was looking for the membership assistant and cashier position. The location is in Bay Area, CA. In about 2 weeks, I got a call from a supervisor who works in Foster city, CA. He said they don't have a full time position available yet, and asked if I would be interested about the part time "Sales" position. It would guaranteed to have at least 24 hours a week. Therefore, I said yes!
On that day, I dressed up as business causal. And I first met with the supervisor who I spoke with over the phone. Then, he took me to a table outside of the warehouse. He started to go over what was the job responsibilities were as a "Sales". He was holding my job experience paper, which I uploaded to the Web and he went over and asked me questions about each of them.
That process took about like 15-20 mins, then he called up another manager to see me. At that time, that manager just sat there without saying a word, and the supervisor started to ask me some situational questions (see below). He was reading them from a piece of paper.
The job hourly wage was $11.50, I expected more with my experience and college degree.
After 3 days, I got the call back from the supervisor and he offered me the job, however, I didn't take it.
