Phone interview, be prepared to know sales numbers and membership information. If you are willing to transfer, there are many opportunities.
If you are looking to transfer out of state or to different region it could be a challenge. Be assertive.

Interview
It was a one interview process that consisted of 5 - 7 questions. I was asked to recite the Costco code of ethics and the Costco Mission Statement, briefly describe at least 3 of the programs run on the front end, describe why I would be an asset as a supervisor on the front end, and talk about the 6 rights of merchandising.

I have had two interviews because the position opened up twice in 6 months, I had what seemed to be a great interview and I was set up with things to work on. The second interview was a follow up but I still felt like their reaction was more "getting through the motions" I wish them the best but it doesn't make me confident in future interviews.
