I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cotality (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
- Hiring process is long and formal (which is probably the case for most employers these days)
- Interviewed with at least three separate executives
- Total process from first contact to hire was close to three months
- Hiring manager had rapid fire STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) interview type questions (not a problem if you have experience, may be a problem if straight out of school)

Question 1
The ubiquitous question of "What are your faults?"
The interview process was straightforward. A general phone screening, then a video interview tbat was about 30 minutes, then a two hour in office interview with three people. They asked a lot of scenario based questions to gauge experience and relevance. They were all very kind and you can tell they cared about the employees and culture fit was important.

Question 1
How do you handle prioritizing multiple high priority items at once?
Basic interview questions. Met with recruiter, internal team and HR - great pace with updates on status regularly. Liked all the people I met with who were spread over CA and Texas.

Interview process was straight forward and to the point. It was a smooth wonderful process. At times it was a bit difficult however if you did your homework it is pretty straightforward.
