Interview
Laid back interview. Held with managers and directors. Mostly personality questions. Some questions about which programs I have experience with (Office, Access, etc.) They shared what the daily work would be as it is a niche and something you don't learn in school
Interview is okay. Total 3 rounds 1st assessment followed by Technical and HR rounds. Actually i attended for Auditor I in CCR chart optimization department. And the technical questions based on my IPDRG + CCS course which i have studied at Codeshift health care solutions at chennai.

Typical interview process. First interview was with HR which gave detailed information about the company, position, salary, and benefits. Second interview was with a management team via zoom which was typical for my skill level. Position was offered the same day. Entire process took approx 2 weeks.
