The interview itself went great, question were good and felt like more of a casual chat than an interview. Left there thinking it went really well. Well turns out this is the only interview I have had (literally) where the company didn't even have the courtesy or could be bothered to let me know the outcome. Never heard nothing back. Regardless of the outcome 90% of employers usually let you know. Even a unsuccessful email thanking you for the time and interview is appreciated. Disappointing from Cotswold.

it was a very quick and easy interview process, and the hiring manager created a calm and pleasant atmosphere. They gave a detailed run down of responsibilities and made the demand of the role clear. I was kept up to date with my progress on the job regularly.
