Cotton Patch Cafe Server/Waiter interview questions

Nothing crazy--I walked in, and they took me to a back booth and asked a series of behavioral questions. They gave me a "menu test" to study for, but after getting the job and talking with coworkers, I found out they don't care whether you pass it--they just want you to be familiar w the menu before taking the job.

Sit down, introduce yourself. Ask a series of questions about your work history. Overview of what the job requires. Walk through of restaurant. If you got the job they will ask for documentation, certifications, and work with you to schedule your training days
