This was an enjoyable interview process. The main interview was held online which reduced need to travel/take time off work.The interview was based around behaviour and compentency questions, and was engaging and enjoyable

Question 1
Interview was mostly styled around behaviour & competency questions. EG give me an example of a time you demonstrated X and what was the outcome
Interview was easy honestly , more like a casual chat. However, think the hiring manager i got was not sincere to even interview at all thus the "easy". Meetings were rescheduled and even on resecheduled one again had to ask the coordinator if he was joining. was told that he will ge hr to schedule the 2nd interview but ended up no response and had to chase 3 times for an update.
Guy's camera was off throughout the whole interview also and mostly him showing off ( nth that impressive la tbh) . might have doged a bullet there tbh.

Interview
Expect to be Ghosted by Coty even when applying for a SR position. After analysing your whole experience, you ask for the follow-up process and then it seems they don't have intentions to respect those terms.
