Phone screen followed by two panel interviews with leadership, which was in turn followed by radio silence from the organization. You'd think after devoting several hours to the interview process they'd have the courtesy to at least let you know you didn't get the gig.

The interview process was very straight forward and the interviewers were very kind and knowledgable. Truly wanted to find out about me and my background. They are looking for diverse talent and made that clear in the interview process
