Counter Culture Coffee interview questions

The interview process was fine. They first have a pre-screening phone interview with candidates and then move into the secondary interview which features several of their staff members. There was a huge emphasis on answering questions in a very specific way and almost a bit of disrespect. I found there to be several red flags that were coming up in the interview process which noted to a lack of work life balance under the guise of 'we're just a family that rolls up our sleeves'.
