Just like any other interview. I was first handed some paperwork to sign such as consent for drug and background screening, contacting references and the law of the state etc. Then asked questions about how i came across the job posted, why i want to work there, previous work experience and duties involved and how they can be helpful or transferred to the role i am applying for, pay etc etc. First met the hiring manager, who was lovely (and did the 1st part of the interview) & then i was taken to the manager of the floor that i'll be working on. She's new there, but lovely too. Also asked me questions regarding situations i may have come across and what i did or would do (if i hadn't come across it before).
