That was a 3 vs 1 interview. They write down your answers to be able to score them later. The length of the interview was around 1 hour and included 8-12 questions related to the research process, databases knowledge, your ability to work with census data, GIS, questionnaire design and data analysis, etc. One of the questions was about my presentations skills. There was an additional question here, what kind of preparation you need to go through before to present survey results.
