I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coupar Consulting (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
My interview experience was broken up into two interviews, initially with the design team, and then with the COO. I learned about how the company works, what my role would look like, and had a strong sense of the company goals from these interviews -- I felt like each team member was transparent with me and I left feeling very excited about being a part of the team and vision of what they have created in the design industry. I appreciated meeting with all levels of the company, I can tell that they take great care in their hiring process and are thoughtful about how they build their teams.
My main takeaway was that Coupar would be a huge opportunity to gain a lot of experience within the industry and the way they structure their processes could provide the training and opportunities for accelerated career advancement.

Question 1
I was asked questions on my longer-term career goals, what I am hoping to learn at Coupar, my experience thus far in the industry, what I liked/did not like about my previous roles, my experience working on teams -- typical questions to assess my experience and fit for the requirements of the job role.

Interview
Had two rounds of interviews. Both went very well, all the staff was very pleasant. I received an offer for a lesser position to the one I was applying for and they offered me an unlivable salary. When I proceeded to negotiate they explained they couldn't offer even a dollar more. Their correspondence was extremely delayed and confusing. I learned everything I needed to know about the company, through the interview process.
