      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Coupe (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2025

      Interview

      First a phone screen with the Talent Aquisition Advisor Sr, who reviewed the role and my qualifications, if a good fit, etc. Second, an interview with two members of the Coupe IT team I'd be working closely with. Finally, an interview with my supervisor and another manager on the Coupe IT team. Throughout the Talent Advisor Sr kept me appraised of the process, timelines, decisions and any delays.
