Ad posting will indicate mission statement which is attractive (but somewhat deceptive), I recommend asking them directly what initiatives are truly taken to foster growth for their employees. Office Manager conducts phone interview, in office interview is scheduled and you meet with the Office Manager, Supervisor/VP, and President.
