Went for an interview at S.M.A.R.T recruitment first, a recruitment agency who place people at course you can. Was more of a chat and prep for the actual interview later in the day.

Group interview with about 20 other candidates. All had to stand up and say a little blurb why we think we would be a good candidate for the position.
