It was good, remote position so it involved a online and email skills test related to how I would react to various client situations/interactions and a couple rounds of phone interviews.

Question 1
One interesting part of the interview process was when they asked me to role play a situation to understand how I make decisions. This one was helping recommend a movie to the interviewer based upon the information I was able to get from him.
