Interview
Simple and easy. The gm that used to work here was so nice. I really enjoyed the interview. All I did was go in and have a fun conversation about life.
Great, I asked her basic questions. Looked at résumé, asked experience and why the job is good for you. Had one interview, then was offered the position. Tour of the building, and then background check, hired.
They posted an application on Indeed, and I passed the skill test they gave. I then managed to get the job by following up and calling the store and then speaking to the assistant manager.

What is your past customer service experience? Are you willing to occasionally help with laundry or coffee? What is an example of a problem solving instance you have done?
Quick phone interview, followed by 5 min in person interview. Asked me to tell them a little about myself, and asked questions about past interactions with customers. I first had a brief phone interview, followed by a one on one in person interview.
