First a phone interview was scheduled, then after passing the phone interview two in person interviews were conducted, the first was one on one, then two on one interview.

I had a 3 step interview process. 1st interview was on the phone where I was contacted by one of the recruiters and mainly talked about why I was interested in this healthcare/experience and asked basic situational questions. 2nd interview was in person (one on one) and was asked more questions based on my resume. 3rd interview was with the hiring manager (one on one) for this company and I was asked more questions based on my commitment to the company and was asked more questions about my experience/interest in healthcare for the position I was applying for.
