Interview
Text messages will be sent to schedule eligible candidates for interview. At the interview, you will be asked questions from the bible and your field of study, why you want to work for the organization and why you prefer that role.
The interview process is medium. Not so difficult. The hardest part of the hiring process is making it to the interview stage in the first place. The interview is designed to get to know the candidates face to face.

one day interview, asked about qualification and asked to teach a subject in a field. some people have also experienced group interviews. you will be sitting before a panel of top professors and i was given a t-fare. They also conduct interviuews via skype

Interview
It was an easy interview although, candidates will be taken through religious questions in order to determine their fitness for a Christian school such as this. I was asked questions about my favorite scripture in the bible.
